Courier Service that cannot deliver - poor service
C.C.D Couriers does deliveries for Discovery Card. They phone you to make a time to drop the card. The call comes from Private Number or No Caller ID. They do not leave messages not do they send SMSs to ask you to phone them back. If you don't pick up three times, they basically give up. So you never get the delivery! Why can they not leave an SMS message or voicemail to ask you to phone them back? Would that not be better business practice?
