Courier company for FNB
The courier company for FNB phoned me for delivery of a new bank card and told me they will not be able to deliver my card since I do not have a original ID with me me ID got ****** but I do have a certified copy so the lady told me that does proof it is me and I would then really like to know how am I then. Bad bad service

Confirming that you have been contacted and it has been agreed that we will deliver your card (received today 18-08-2017) to the branch on Tuesday 22-08-2017 as you unfortunately do not have have any original identification documentation.
I also confirm that I have listened to the recorded calls made to you today and none of our consultants were found to be unprofessional but merely acting according to the procedures stipulated by FNB.
