Courier company.

I have had the unfortunate experience of trying to phone CCD on their call center to enquire delivery of my new bank card. I tried intermittent attempts over 3days, no success. They are not even aware of their call center failure. I only got a response from the head office number who were able to help me. Considering CCD are the courier company for major banks, I would ask them to investigate their efficiency. It sucks. I would certainly not recommend them if looking for a reliable courier.
