This company deserver 0 stars. Last week (12/11/24) l was supposed to receive my rain simcard from them and they called me after our appointment time and said they are trying to locate where my simcard which l understood. They never called back to reschedule until l called them and the person l talked to said that they failed to deliver it because l was not available which was not true. I tried to call so many times until they rescheduled it for today (21/11/24) and they called again after 10am with the same story of trying to locate my sim card. They don't allow third part delivery and l had to leave so many things just to wait for them. Its so frustrating how unprofessional they are and rain is still crediting my account even though l don't have the sim card. If you're looking for a courier company don't even consider them unless if you want to burn your business to the ground. They're *************, unprofessional, careless and zero customer service
