Constant phone calls and e-mails

Please stop phoning and e-mailing me constantly. I don't know who you are, I've never heard of you before and have not requested courier delivery of any bank cards. I have asked my bank to confirm that CCD is acting on their behalf and they have not. Furthermore even if CCD is a legitimate business they should know better than to call someone up and then ask them for personal information to prove who they are. If you were genuinely engaged by my bank you would not need to keep calling me and you'd not need to ask me to provide personal information to a stranger over the phone. Any delivery information you needed you could get through the bank. If the bank doesn't have it they can provide the customer with a secure means of providing the necessary information, which can then be passed on.
