Complaint

I am so annoyed with this company. My bank card was supposed to be delivered to me last week Friday and they refused to accept my SA passport as proof of identity. Then some lady from the same company called me on Saturday and she said they are supposed to accept either my green bar coded id or SA passports as proof of identity. Then she tells me that i will be getting my card Today (29 May 2015) between 9:00-11:00. The messenger comes at 14:30 and doesn't even apologize for being late and then again the man DOES NOT want to accept my passport as proof of identity. What kind of mickey mouse is this? Such bad service. Get your house in order CCD!
