Complaint

I am extremely disappointed with the service of CCD couriers. Struggle more than a week to receive my parcel. I am not sure why ABSA still use them for the delivery of their credit cards. Delivery was scheduled for yesterday but nothing yet. After calling the call centre they said that there was no delivery scheduled. They also put the phone down while I was complaining about their service. Very unprofessional.
