Complain turn complement

I'm rating 5 star out of the greatness of the call center supervisor who is handling my complain. After a frustrating back and forth with call agents where i was told that i did not honor my appointment to collect the card at a address they did not even go to, i asked for a higher ranking official to check what is the status quo regarding my FNB Business card. The lady was very professional, understood my query, apologized (made me feel bad) and took my address(that an agent captured wrong) and scheduled a delivery for Friday. I'm glad we have people like that in SA, people who take responsibility and handle situation in a diplomatic and professional manner. That lady is going places... watch the space.
