This company is useless i order router with Rain and receive SMS the following day an agent called me that they can only deliver on Friday i try to explain to her on Friday i be available because i have to be somewhere she told me that i should come and pick my package in Fourways because they is no opening for them to come even on Thursday after that i just left it that Friday it's okay few hours late another agent called me again her name Amo she told me they can deliver next week i then request to speak to a supervisor i was given the lady called Sharon who i explained to her that i had canceled my meeting on Friday for you to bring my package then another called me to say again i should wait for next because the first agent didn't make my booking for delivery people am telling you if Rain doesn't canceled the contract with this CCD company Rain will lost customers Rain should only use Ram those people are so professional and when the send SMS few minutes you will get an agent calling you this lady's at CCD don't know what they're doing and it because of the management of CCD who has let this agent free to treat me people like *** my review is to make show Rain to stop using this people and just use Ram damn this lady at CCD are so rude and disrespectful they treat people like amasimba Sharon and her team all of them are useless and disrespectful damn
