After CCD phoned and arranged for delivery and time i explained to them that i will have to take off work so that i can be there at my residence to sign for the package i explained very clearly that the time set by CCD Couriers should be honored as i cant take time off work for a package. After several attempts calling CCD Couriers they refused to take my call and after 1hour a lady called and siad they will have to delay delivery time with another two hours. Very unprofessional and *********** staff
