Champions of Incompetence
I ordered a new credit card and arranged to have it delivered between 8 and 4 on the 14th August. It didn't arrive. CCD couriers sent a message to say they were 'experiencing delays.' It didn't come on the 15th either, and this morning I get a message saying, 'CCD couriers were unable to deliver your card due to your unavailability.' What? I have been available at my office every day between 8 and 4.
Your breathtaking incompetence and stupidity have been reported to the bank. I am NOT going to telephone you to arrange delivery; you had better deliver my card today without fail!
