Please can the CEO of this company call me, how do you sit with my card for 3 weeks and tell me urgent delivery is a fee, is waiting 3 WEEKS urgent. I have been on a call for 20MIN, at my expense and your NEO, SUPERVISOR says i must collect it really!!!!! How sure are you your consultants really make the effort to call clients, I think you are making money of people and lack customer service !!! unacceptable, i wrote on email and facebook and Neo tells me those channels are irrelevant...... please dont just respond without attending to my complaints on hellopeter. ...
