CCD your service is very poor and your staff are rude!

CCD couriers are rude and useless. I was phoned yesterday and told my replacement credit card would arrive in the next 14 days. I would receive an sms the day before delivery. I expressly told the courier that no-one would be available until 2pm in the day. They of course arrived in the morning. No one can sit around all day waiting for them to deliver! Some people work!! If I nominate a representative I must know which security guard is on duty. I understand there needs to be good security but there's also reason! I now received an sms to say no-one was home (like I told you!!) and delivery charges would apply. When I phoned to speak to a consultant - they cut the call. What nonsense is this? I am the customer. I should be considered and heard. I am not impressed by this absolutely poor, lack of service.
