CCD won't listen.

My mother is due for a new bank card by face-to-face delivery but she's in hospital (intensive care) and unable to take delivery. She's explained this each time someone from CCD Couriers calls her but the calls just keep coming. I've just called CCD and asked for the delivery to be put on hold until she is discharged and to stop calling her in the hospital ward her until she calls CCD to arrange delivery. We'll see if the calls continue...

I had a call from a manager at CCD with apologies. She said she's updated the file accordingly - no more calls to my mother until she calls CCD to arrange delivery.
