CCD will cost FNB a client
Shocking how a courier company can make me want to change banks, this is my second time trying to get a FNB card delivered by CCD. I get told to wait from 8am-4pm for them but driver cant wait for 5 minutes for me. trying to speak to call centre agent is a total waist of time 3 calls later and I am more upset than ever now I have to reschedule delivery for 2 days time and wait from 8am to 4pm.
