CCD Sucks at their Job

So Useless Cant believe @Standard Bank use these people to deliver cards. Must be a cadre Contract.

Day 1 call me a 7:50am I miss the call but call right back only to be told we only operate from 8:00am . So I wait And call back a few hours later. Spend 8 min waiting then get cut off. Call again Spend 15 minutes on the phone arranging my card. Person on the other end cant spell or hear a word I say. Every time I say 2 she puts down 3.

finally, she says its all sorted.expect delivery on Wednesday between 12:00 and 14:00. Wednesday comes and goes. Now thursday Day 2 get I get another call to arrange my card delivery. Im reminded all calls are recorded. So I said go listen to the call at 2 April 10:40 and 10:31 where I have already arranged this.

After she assures me she will look into it, I get another message a few minutes later saying we cant get hold of you.

Its over a week late.
