CCD SHOULD CLOSE THEIR DOORS! -100

HORRIBLE COURIER COMPANY, My ID was ******, I app**** for a Credit Card from Woolworths with my valid South-African Passport and it got approved, driver rocks on here and refuses delivery because I don’t have an ID, I don’t know what more verification they need other than me standing in front of my residence with my passport in my hand. I didn’t apply for a credit card from CCD, they cannot simply refuse delivery, a Passport is a VALID form of Identification.

This is not te mention the beat up car the courier arrived in, simply took MY card, in MY name, and left. Their incompetence knows no bounds and the call center is an endless pit of idiots. I had the same issue with my FNB card not too long ago, also CCD, I hope Woolworths and FNB realize that this horrid company is dragging their reputations through the mud and drops them as a service provider, they should close their doors and focus on a different industry, they are USELESS! Still don’t have my card. I have also ONLY encountered this with CCD. I won’t order anything from Woolworths again as long as they’re in charge of delivery. Unprofessional and a total headache.
