CCD - ****ty - Couriers...
I have opened a new cheque account with FNB on the 15.11.2018. Received numerous sms that delivery will take place the following day between 9-12, I had to do a follow up by myself with the Cape Town branch to inquire when exactly and again was promised the following day... My salary bounced, had to go to take time off from work to go to my nearest FNB branch,. Contacted the Cape Town branch yet again, cant get through to them, called JHB, and were asked cant i collect it myself??? Shooej taking you guys a month to deliver a card... ****ty service to say the least... Guess what nothing as yet... Employment rate is low in S.A, please employ more people, or outsource if you have to...
