CCD SEERVICE BAD CUSTOMER ETIQUETTE AND RUDE EMPLOYEES

FNB pay! CCD Couriers, contracted their service to deliver FNB clients Bank cards. I received a sms notification from CCD Couriers that they will call met to confirm a date and time for delivery. I have a REAL problem with people(like ccd couriers) who call you AND don't know the BASICS of customer care! They don't introduce/identify themselves and when you STOP THEM rambling the standard rhyme, they get EXTREMELY rude and arrogant....BECAUSE AS IN THIS CASE I WAS NOT!! IN THE LEAST INTERESTED IN THEIR company MONEY **** OPTIONS TO RECEIVE MY CARD. They get paid by FNB and now try to bribe me for outrageous amount to deliver my card. What is the problem with them. When I said I am not interested in their **** the very arrogant lady said to me(not even checking my address for delivery) "I only deliver a service I'ts not necessary to fight with my".....REALLY CCD Couriers this is not the first incident with you. I suggest you invest in Customer care etiquette training for your staff dealing directly with the public. I would NOT CHOOSE YOU!! ...BUT FNB PAY YOU!! for your service. JUST Do the job please!-that's what you get paid for. My goodness.
