CCD Poor Customer Service

Probably my worst experience with delivery services in life

I had a package scheduled for delivery in Wed 3rd April, with a confirmed meeting invite + delivery time. CCD failed to delivery at the agreed time of 10am to 12pm, I called them at 12:26pm to enquire and they informed me my delivery was moved to 2-4pm and it never came of which I further called again and no one picked up +27 (11) ***

I wake up to an SMS on the 4th saying they have failed to make contact with me (Where???) and that I need to reschedule the delivery of my package, I then firstly try and follow the link and their message (which doesn’t work) https://selfhelp.ccdcouriers.co.za/selfhelp/Authorization?Ref=***E12-E215-49E0-9762-B***

And then I call the number included there ***, Twice!!!, and I spend I good 9min with people who can’t hear me that eventually drop the call without attempting to call me back, Nevermind the 4min wait time average with each call.

Eventually resort to calling the 011 number and guess what? My package was never dispatched in either of the promised days and I would need to arrange a different day. I eventually resolved to drive 40min each way to pick up the damn thing myself because I absolutely needed it for work on the 5th.

Absolutely despicable service and false representation of facts
