CCD please deliver my mtn simcard

I am still waiting for the delivery of my mtn simcard from Afrihost. CCD in Durban is giving me the run around Friday the 27.12.2019 they said my number goes to voicemail when I never receive any call . I get a sms saying the courier outside but no one is there . Today is Monday the 31.12.2019 they called this morning saying they do not deliver to my address I must meet the courier some where I told them no they must deliver.I do not know how companies use these people they seem like krooks.
