CCD not being able to keep to their commitments.
What absolute bad service. CCD Couriers must deliver a package and have sofar failed. A first scheduled delivery for Thursday between 8 and 12 was made. At 1pm I called and was told the address was wrong! The address was 100% correct. The agent called me back and confirmed a delivery for Today Friday and before 10am. When I called to check up I was told it will only be on Monday 12 October between 8 and 12! What absolute bad service - Why must I waste 3 days waiting for a courier! I must start to claim my time from them. I can only advise people not to use this company and stick to the reputable entities.
