CCD, Nosiphiwo is a great asset

I lost my wallet, including all bank cards. Once cancelled, the courier sent notification of delivery of new cards. I didn't get a notification as to what time the delivery would be, so the courier rocked up. I was out of office, and then they called to confirm delivery, and didn't manage to make it back in time, as the traffic department took 3 hrs for a drivers license replacement. Then I called the courier to inform them that if I knew that they were coming the first time, I would've waited. Nosiphiwo understood this, and offered to arrange delivery the same day. They couldn't deliver at my work, so they delivered at my workplace. I had a strict deadline to pay for something, so I continued my application and at 8pm on Thursday evening, the courier knocked at my door with my card in hand. Nisiphiwo has done a great job, and to all at CCD and FNB - Thank you for your amazing service
