CCD NO SERIVCE and REDTAPE

Absolute Horrible service from the company. I phoned yesterday (Thursday) to find out when my Rain Router will be delivered and was told that I am only scheduled for Monday, I then asked the lady if there was any way we could express the delivery for today (Friday) as I need it for work... She then said she would escalate the matter and GET BACK TO ME, she did not. I then phoned again this morning (Friday) at 8 and was told again that it will be escalated and she will get back to me, she did not. I then phoned again at 9 and was told that it will be escalated and get back to me and was not. I then phoned again at 1 pm and was told that it is being booked for today. Then only CCD phones me back and tells me nothing they can do because it needs to be the next day, which yesterday was... PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. After multiple screaming sessions, I was "promised" they are going to TRY and deliver today... Let us wait and see
