CCD making me wait like they didn't know I was coming to collect!!!!!
Firstly I get a call from a consultant with an attitude who hangs up on me because she can't spell Jade. Then another consultant calls and asks if I wanna collect the parcel myself instead of them delivering. I come to their offices and 20 mins later am STILL waiting like they didn't know am coming??????
