CCD makes promises they can't keep

I received an sms from CCD remiding me that they would be delivering my card between 11am and 1pm. Previously, this time was provided and they delivered at 3pm. This time there was no delivery at all. when I called them I was told that they would contact the courier and then call me back, they have yet to call me back. This sort of unprofessional activity has been my only experience with CCD. Their call centre agents are unprofessional and misinformed, there are also no managers to assist.
