CCD is the worst courier service ever!!!

Horrific, Disgusting service oh wait sorry actually you cant call it service because their is NO DAM service at all! deliveries takes 2 weeks plus even though website states 24hrs. CCD does NOT call to confirm delivery but myself as a client must try call them to confirm if they have parcels for me and if and when they delivering and then when trying to call them they either drunk or asleep as you will NEVER get anyone answering a phone in their cape town branch so I have to end up calling JHB to find out about y cape town deliveries and to get them to try and get cape town to decide to schedule delivery for me. When I do ask JHB agents if they can follow up on a order they immediately throw the phone down and people refuse to assist then it takes days before getting a manager or someone willing to assist!
