Ccd is pathetic beyond belief

Again no delivery rude operators empty promised of escalation to change time, and then no surprises when no one showed for said delivery once a 'special arrangement' finally did happen. This is now how many weeks of non delivery how do banks even do business with you when you don't deliver, don't know what a metropolitan is and then break promises to deliver wasting the banks customers time.
