CCD Is Extremely bad at doing what they are supposed to do

I am mot happy at all I have no idea why rain uses this nonsense i was supposed to receive a new router on the 4th the driver came did not call me he just came and I call in on that same day later asking where my delivery is I was told the driver came and he didn't find me that time I and my partner were in the house the whole day they rescheduled for the 8th they didn't they called and told me no delivery will be made because there are no drivers I called on the 9th they told me my parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 8th I called on the 10th now they are telling me they are trying to locate my router I'm very irritated and disappointed so this means I paid for nothing at all this month I'm very irritated what irritates me more when I call them they tell me they'll call back then nothing no one calls back sometimes the agent puts me on hold then gone for 30 minutes the last one i called I was on hold for 45 minutes ended up hanging up I want my delivery by Monday it's been a week and a half now what is this nxa
