CCD IS A JOKE!!!!!

this is the most useless courier service ever!!!!posting of behalf of a sibling,she was expecting her rain delivery from the 12th of June till today 22 june rain could not tell her what was taking so long for her delivery eventually she got the details and contacted ccd couriers who told her that they tired contacting her on her cell number yet they had the wrong cell number they blamed rain for that she was then told to contact rain and get them to aprove her number change and ciontact ccd again after that which she did eventually after all that she was then told she could only get her delivery next week tuesday being the 27th june and that theres nothing else they can do she basically has to wait................so if she didnt contact ccd to enquire they would have kept her delivery there until judgement day i work for a company that uses couriers to deliver stock all over the world and i tell you the courier service we use go out of their way especially if they know the person has waited longer then what they were promised if ever we need to get another courier service as an add on to the ones we have it will never be CCD thats for sure!!!!
