CCD & FNB Card delivred to wrong branch and province no one cares?

What a bunch of Idiots, Waiting more than a month for FNB card delivery, eventually requested delivery to nearest branch but card got delivered to another branch in another provice. FNB not too much bothered to assist, CCD and FNB ignore updates, just have to wait until it eventually arrive and hope it is note used in the meantime! Funny how these corporater supported companies get away with ******. Is someone at FNB having financial gain by sticking to this poor service company ?

Further to my rating of CCD couriers: I am glad some employees like Zainab Jogee do notice and take action. FNB also contacted me in order to try and resolve. Does not cancell extremely poor service received but do show that not all employees there are ********. Thank you for your response , hope to have resolved soon!
