CCD fail to deliver once again. At least they at consistent- just useless. Why anyone company uses them is the question.

Yesterday call agent phones are we home. Yes. Delivery within 30 minutes. Waited until another call can deliver before 3pm but we were out. This morning another call will be within 30 minutes. Hour later no courier. Phone to find out what is going on noone knows what the delivery is for. Asked for manager on 3 calls never answered. Tried to get direct number won't give it. CCD has been an issue for years they still can't get deliveries right.
