CCD Driver failed to deliver the Card on time

My bank Card is not delivered <br> <br> i was informed the delivery will take place on Thursday 24 March 2016 between 8 am and 10 am<br> <br> at 10:01 i contacted CC contact centre, i was told driver is at VODAWORLD and on his way to my place, 10:30 still no driver and no BANK Card <br> <br> Thursday at 14:33 still no driver and again no card. <br> I had to call the driver after 12 noon, all he said was blame easter and said he is sorry.<br> <br> Pathetic service if you ask me <br> <br> It would have been much better<br> -Had someone made reasonable delivery estimates<br> -Had someone contacted me and said he is running late<br> -Had someone apologised and not blame easter as an excuse.<br> <br> I'm just fed up with this stupid & time wasting service. <br> <br> <br> TIME IS EVERYTHING. not showing up on time is as good as not showing up at all. <br> Throw away this card. i will go to bank and collect another card <br>
