CCD - DELIVERY CHARGES.
CCD Couriers arranged with me to deliver my debit card today. They phoned at 11:58 to inform me that due to the unrest in Durban they can't deliver it today but will arrange another day and time. I just received a sms from FNB saying that I was not available to receive my card and that there maybe additional delivery charges. This is not true and is unacceptable business practise. FNB:-) CCD Couriers were not able to deliver your Premier Debit Card due to your unavailability .Call ***0 With Ref FRB60**** to re-schedule. Delivery fees may apply .FNB-Div of FRB LTD.
