CCD Courriers - a Circus with Clowns running it

I have had these guys deliver my credit card out twice this week, even though ABSA sent through special instructions to release the credit card with me providing my Temp ID, they still did not release it with some or other idiot supervisor not checking his system. How is it that CCD does not accept a temp ID but ABSA their client, does? I phoned them on Thursday and was promised delivery to my branch in Centurion the following day Friday. Phoned them now and was told delivery is scheduled for Monday! Seriously so fed up with these clowns
