CCD Couriers/FNB card ****s

I have received 3 calls in the past 3 days (19 - 21 June 2024) from CCD Couriers alleging that they have my credit card from FNB for delivery. I found this strange as my replacement card for my expired card was delivered to the FNB Branch in Kolonnade (elected by me) well before the 31st of May 2024 and I personally collected my card on the 13th of June 2024 between 16h30 - 17h00. What I also found strange is that I did not receive an inContact message from FNB notifying me that a courier service would be contacting me with regards to the delivery of my card as has been the norm every time I requested or was due for a card for the past 5 years that I have I have made CCD Couriers aware of the above the first 2 times that they called me and they indicated that they would contact FNB to return the card to them. Today I received yet another call from them with regards to this and I explained again that I have had my card in my possession, collected from the branch, for well over a week. When I checked under my cards on my profile today after the call, I noted that I now have 3 cards under my credit card, my virtual card (authorised by me), my new card that I collected in the branch on the 13th of June and now this mystery card that only FNB and CCD Couriers know about.

I am posting this review so that there is documented proof that CCD Couriers was made aware by call and in written form (should any *****ulent activities occur in my account with this card) that I never ordered a new card, never received an inContact message stating that a replacement card has been ordered and will be delivered couriers will contact me to arrange delivery however the card is in their possession and is now reflecting as one of my cards under my banking profile.
