CCD couriers, your worst experience about to happen

I arranged for a date nearer by a week for delivery and the following day someone called to arrange and gave a date which was now after two weeks and when I told them I had made arrangements, the guy said there is nothing on the system. They always cannot hear you when you call them, most annoying is one must take leave with no specific time from them to wait for delivery. They simply don’t suit fieldworkers like me. I checked their reviews on their website, scary!!!
