CCD COURIERS - WORST SERVICE EVER.

If it is possible to give no stars I would. WORST SERVICE EVER. I have no idea why the banks {FNB} use them. I was sent a sms stating they would deliver my new card the Thursday, Wednesday I get a call saying they at my gate. I was at doctor's appointment so could not get back to sign for the card. I was promised they would deliver it the following day. I wait all day. Friday {today} I phone and ask roughly what time they will deliver I get told no only Monday. Bearing in mind I told them I must get my card before the end of the week as I am not available for a month from Saturday. I get told well if you pay us R190 we will deliver it today then. So I am forced to pay FNB for a card that is expiring, forced to receive the card from CCD Couriers and then forced to pay them to deliver the card as promised. WORST SERVICE EVER. First National Bank, you should relook your couriers you forcing us to use.
