CCD Couriers worst Service ever

I have never been so disgusted in such poor services, its an embarrassment that companies like FNB still utilise their services. I was promised delivery from FNB with in 2 working days, 4 days later I had to phone CCD to arrange my delivery and even having all my information and being late on delivering my card they have the audacity to want to charge me extra for urgent delivery.

First consultant promises me that she will get a manager to call me this never happened every call I answered with in seconds the call is dropped, they really need to fix their phone systems as service level.

I have never been so furious and disgusted with such service, and the time delay and lies. The fact that their teleconsults write down lies about their conversations or attempts to call people. its just shocking. I would never recommend them to anyone
