CCD Couriers - Worst service

This is probably one of the worst courier service providers I have ever come across in South Africa.

They phone me to deliver a parcel from internet service provider, we set a date and I clear my schedule to accommodate them for the day. Later in the week I receive an email with a new date that wasn't discussed with me, so once again I clear my schedule to be at home for their delivery as I need to sign for it personally. Although they don't pitch up.

2 days later I receive a phone call that they wish to deliver it yet on another day, to which I asked to speak to their manager who just happens to not be available.

If you make a formal arrangement stick to what you agreed with, don't changes dates without consulting with the client first especially if the client needs to be there themselves to sign.

Wasting my time and energy to accommodate them in a hope that they might actually keep to the date arranged.
