CCD Couriers Worst service

So I was expecting my Rain sim card to be courierd by CCD. I provided these people with my alt number because my main number is the sim they are delivering.

They decide to call me on my main number and return alt my gate without trying the alt number. Day 2 I called and I was told that my alt phone number was on voicemail and the driver already took it back. The lady tells me she doesn't have the driver's contact details. I asked them to send an SMS to my alt number when they are on their way, to which they agreed. Day 3 (10 May 2024), delivery was supposed to be done between 9 and 11, at 10h58 I called because I didn't receive any SMS, only to be told they couldn't get hold of the driver, they were not picking up. But yesterday I was told they didn't have the driver's numbers. I might have to go collect my sim because I really need it
