CCD couriers - worst delivery service ever

Thee worst service ever with drivers who do not deliver according to the scheduled time. The call center agents are not helpful either not sure what they sit and do all day! Scheduled a delivery between 2-4pm because that is what was going to work. The driver doing the delivery first contacted us at 12:34 pm, I mean the hell! He then called again at 13:50 and we told him we were not home. This clown left, imagine

Super annoyed as I had made extra arrangements that cost me money to ensure I receive my parcel. When I called the call center at 14:20 I was told the driver was back at the office. What is a driver doing just sitting at the office?
