CCD Couriers worst company ever

Pathetic service: Had a scheduled booking on 14/06/2023 between 12 - 2pm, the driver never arrived. Nor received feedback. Had to phone several times, before 2 to confirm delivery before 3. Driver never arrived, phoned again. Driver was on it's way apparently. Driver never arrived and never called. Phoned 16:10, and the user put me on hold for 10min and never return any calls to arrange new date and time. Next morning got a call to re-schedule and then got a mail to say CCD could not get hold of me to deliver the card. This is unacceptable, as this is unprofessional service and lying for their own incompetency. I will inform the company making use of CCD to never use them as a courier service!!!
