CCD Couriers - What a disgrace!

My goodness what a CIRCUS. First contact from CCD to deliver original Natis documents from ABSA was on 10 July 2024. Vehicle registered in my wife's name and CCD neglected to confirm what documents I must have in hand to receive the documents on her behalf. Since then, we have spent 41 minutes on the phone (5 from me to them and only 2 from CCD to me), trying to unscramble the mess. Please do not believe a word any of their agents tell you - they will not call you back. After all this (and CCD gladly accepting my payment for the delivery - well non-delivery), I was informed that the documents were returned to ABSA. I demanded that I be provided with written proof that ABSA took delivery of the documents and that my payment be re-imbursed. But guess what - nothing to date.

And the circus continues. CCD responded to my post and undertook to contact me with a solution - but as I expected that was just a smoke screen to try and appease me and the readers of my original post. To this day CCD did not contact me or tried to resolve the utter fiasco. Shame on you CCD and also Shame on ABSA Bank for using such an atrocious service provider. CCD you are disgraceful!
