CCD Couriers were supposed to deliver my ABSA credit card and they did not deliver.

Terrible Experience

I was schedule a receive a delivery on the 9th, the contact center confirmed the delivery will be between 12 and 2pm. At 12h36pm, I got a call from CCD and I was on the other line. I hang up and try to answer their call, but the caller could not hear me and hung up. I tried to call back but there was no response. I have a call log to prove this. At 13h30pm I receive an sms that said the driver has arrived at my promises. But lo and behold there is no driver anywhere near my premises. When I call the contact center, they call the driver and he tells them he was there at my place at 12h45 (funny the sms can through at 13h30). I tell the contact center lady that only security could let him into the premises, he says there was no security at the gate. So after calling once, and then finding no security he leaves with my parcel.

What level of service is this. Now the call center lady said she will escalate the matter, an hour later I'm still waiting for her to call. This is very ***** and unreliable.
