CCD Couriers were supposed to deliver my ABSA credit card about a month and they failed to deliver on the time we agreed to. They never made alternative arrangements as they were the ones at fault not me. My credit card is about to expire and I called a Consultant named Thandi who promised that she’ll escalate and revert back and I still have not been contacted by anyone. How should I operate without my credit card as a result of their inefficiency.
