CCD couriers train your staff people s****s!
Why FNB decides to have cards delivered to their "valued" clients, using this poor excuse of a courier company is beyond me! My card didn't arrive as per their sms and when you call, you waste your energy. The delivery guy was poorly mannered with no formal etiquette, this is definitely a result of cheap labour. Suppose CCD delivery guys are a representation of who and what this company stands for... disgusting!
