Ccd couriers to catch a wake up

RAIN gave Router over on the 22nd September, advise 3 to 5 day delivery. 23 no sms or WhatsApp with a reference number to make delivery arrangements (delivery add) 24th was a holiday, understand that, no deliveries... 25th I called them with my order number, Oh u need to wait for a reference number so we can make delivery arrangements 25 advise Rain, hit a ticket number 26th followed up to a rain to intervene x3 and asked for Saturday delivery 27 followed up like 3 times and case/tickets was escalated 3 times. Also promised will get a call by 13h00 12h57 follow up done for 1pm call... Then we're advised a supervisor will call me 15h00..still no call

15h30 last follow up done, now we're informed to wait another 30min

This is insane and seriously frustrating. Worse part is was fast to get an sms on the 23rd can pay Rain so long. Paid the 25 as per payment schedule day.. No I'm paying for a router that I don't have yet and no one Bothered to Call me when u call and do follow Ups
