CCD Couriers - Terrible Service / Staff

Asked them to please contact me 10 minutes before delivery they assured me they would, schedule was between 8-11, then got a call at 11 saying they are running late so new time is 12-1, I asked the person to please remind them to call me 10 minutes before hand and she assured me they would. I then received a message at 12 saying they are at the house so I went straight to the house after 2 minutes they had left already. I called and the agent said he would call the driver, he then said it would take another half an hour, I said it's not possible for me to be back and forth like this and then he hung up on me. I then called another agent and I asked them why didn't they call me and I was told they are not allowed to? SO WHY NOT TELL ME THIS EVERY TIME I HAVE MENTIONED IT. I HAVE NOW CANCELLED MY AFRIHOST SIM CARD BECAUSE OF THE COURIER COMPANY.
