CCD Couriers- terrible service levels

Very unprofessional company. It is a shame that a bank like FNB uses them. Firstly they do not call in advance to see if you are available to receive the delivery. Then the driver arrives at the gate hooting non-stop. Makes no apology for his rudeness. hen when you contact them directly, you are placed on hold for over 20 minutes to speak to someone.
